Office Manager & Special Assistant to the President
Christina Salamone serves as Special Assistant to the President and Chief Operating Officer, delivering both administrative and substantive support. She also works as the Office Manager at The Asia Group, facilitating the essential operations and activities of the firm.
Christina is an ambitious professional with multiple years’ experience in anticipating people’s needs and providing the best experience possible. She is an innovative problem solver who draws upon in-depth knowledge, formal training and leadership experience. She is able to analyze data requiring the ability to integrate complex and conflicting facts and arrive at well-reasoned solutions.
Previously, Christina served as an instructor at Tidewater Gymnastics Academy where she recruited prospective student-athletes to discuss their experience and goals. Christina helped develop each student-athlete’s physical and psychological fitness, creating relevant drills that motivated and encouraged student athletes to do their best during practices and fostered a culture of good sportsmanship, cooperation, and responsibility. Her objective as a gymnastics instructor was to spark creativity and imagination by helping children discover new things each day.
Christina has volunteered for programs such as Chase Dreams Not Boys and is committed to empowering female youth. Additionally, Christina has been a member of the Delta Epsilon Chi and Distributive Education Club of America (DECA) which prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges across the world.
Christina is a recent graduate from Old Dominion University. She majored in criminal justice and minored in psychology. Her studies allow her to apply excellent critical analysis and research skills for the firm.
