Special Assistant to the CEO & COO; Office Manager
Keaton C. Zimmerman serves as Special Assistant to the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer delivering both administrative and substantive support. He also works as the Office Manager at The Asia Group supporting the essential operations and procedures of the firm, including technology and supply demands.
Keaton brings over ten years of administrative experience in operations, information technology, and customer service. Prior to joining The Asia Group, Keaton served as an Operations Assistant at Lockton Companies where he played a vital role in the recruitment and operational functions of the company. His responsibilities included executive support for multiple senior leadership, training and onboarding new staff, and collaboration with corporate IT vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance.
Keaton also brings a nuanced perspective on international business operations from his work at the International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (IACC), a non-profit organization devoted to combating product counterfeiting and piracy domestically and internationally. While at IACC, Keaton helped develop an effective law enforcement training curriculum focused on providing U.S. enforcement authorities with a comprehensive education and necessary resources in the fight against counterfeiting.
Keaton obtained his Bachelor in Business Administration from Frostburg State University. His primary studies focused on marketing, communications, and graphic design. As a continuation of his design passion, Keaton manages his own graphic design and manufacturing business. In his spare time, Keaton is active in the community and volunteers his time at a local Boys & Girls Club as a Youth Leadership Counselor.
