Product Manager

Rachel Leung is a Product Manager in the Digital Product practice at The Asia Group. Rachel is responsible for driving product strategy and working closely with engineering and design teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure seamless product launches. By leveraging data-driven insights, Rachel drives continuous improvement and helps align products with market needs, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business growth.

Prior to joining The Asia Group, Rachel served as a Solution Delivery Lead in IT consulting, where she managed technology  implementations for a range of clients across industries. She was responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex IT solutions, from requirements gathering to post-launch support. Rachel’s role as a Solution Delivery Lead required strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and the ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements. Through her work, she honed skills in agile methodologies, project management, and client relations, all of which have proved valuable in her current product management role.

Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Davis. Rachel was born in Hong Kong and grew up in the greater Los Angeles area in California. She currently resides in Maryland.
