Cynthia Lim

Associate Vice President

Cynthia Lim is Associate Vice President at The Asia Group (TAG)’s Singapore office, where she plays a key role in driving strategic client initiatives across Southeast Asia.  She brings to the firm more than two decades of diverse experience in high-stakes environments across government relations, corporate strategy, and stakeholder engagement in the Indo-Pacific region.

Prior to joining TAG, Cynthia served as Chief of Staff to Boeing’s President for Southeast Asia, based in Singapore.  In this role, she was instrumental in coordinating executive priorities, managing cross-border communications, and anchoring the organization’s regional presence.  She helped streamline internal operations, support market positioning, and align outreach across Southeast Asia and within Singapore’s government, business, and industry networks.

Cynthia’s career reflects a consistent ability to drive growth – whether launching regional business initiatives at Channel NewsAsia, managing C-suite events at CNBC Asia, or deepening partnerships with strategic markets at Gold Coast Tourism Corporation.  She is consistently relied upon by senior leadership for her sound judgement, discretion, and ability to translate vision into execution.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Media Management from the University of South Australia, and is fluent in English and Chinese.

In her free time, Cynthia enjoys reflective runs and ‘slow’ travel – immersive journeys that allow her to experience living like a local, rather than rushing through destinations.  Whether on the move or staying still, she brings curiosity, care, and a quiet determination to everything she does.
