Colonel (Ret.) Shailender Arya is a specialist in India’s strategic priorities, defense industrial policies, and technology cooperation initiatives. He previously served as Advisor for International Cooperation in India’s Ministry of Defense, where he worked closely with the senior leadership of the Ministry on a range of policy priorities. Prior to his deputation to the Ministry, he served for over 20 years in the Indian Army’s Regiment of Artillery.
