Live on the BBC News, The Asia Group’s China Managing Director Han Lin observed how “SCO offers a forum for India, Russia and China to find common ground and for smaller nations to have a seat at the table with the major Asian powers.  No major (security, trade) deal is expected, but if SCO helps to maintain momentum in dialogue, that is a success.”
