TAG’s India Practice Participates at the Jakarta Futures Forum

TAG’s India practice helped organize the first-ever Jakarta Futures Forum (JFF) from May 2-3, together with ORF India and the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI). Led by TAG senior advisors Samir Saran and Amb. Dino Patti Djalal, the two-day conference focused on unlocking stronger business and strategic ties between India and Indonesia, along with the broader multilateral grouping that each anchors in Asia.

The highlight of the event was a closed-door roundtable discussion on the prospects of BIMSTEC-ASEAN cooperation, moderated by TAG Managing Director Aman Raj Khanna and featuring remarks from H.E. Indra Mani Pandey, Secretary General, BIMSTEC, H.E. Satvinder Singh, Deputy Secretary General, ASEAN, H.E. Sandeep Chakravorty, Ambassador of India to Indonesia and H.E. Md. Tarikul Islam, Ambassador of Bangladesh to Indonesia.

The event set the stage for TAG’s growing role in bolstering cross-sectoral engagement and impactful initiatives across key Asian markets.
