Before joining TAG, A’ndre worked at BMNT supporting the U.S. Navy and NavalX on defense innovation, contested logistics, unmanned systems, and emerging technologies. He has conducted research and analysis on South Asian politics, U.S.–China relations, technology security, and the national-security implications of digital platforms and global conflict.
Born in Sri Lanka and raised in San Diego, A’ndre holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago, where he specialized in global conflict studies and emerging security threats, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Michigan focused on South Asian geopolitics and political communication.
Outside of TAG, A’ndre is the founder and host of “The Burn Bag” podcast, where he leads in-depth conversations with senior officials, scholars, and practitioners on national security, technology, conflict, and U.S. foreign policy.
