Annie Yen is an Operations Assistant at The Asia Group. In this role, she supports office and facilities management, in-office events, and firmwide values & cultures initiatives.
Previously, Annie was the Administrative Assistant at a solar development company where she worked closely with the HR team on employee engagement, daily administrative support, and company events. She also brings experience from the restaurant and fine-dining industry, where she served on the hospitality team of multiple Michelin-starred restaurants around Washington, DC.
Annie holds a BA in Communications and Media from Northeastern University’s College of Arts, Media, and Design. Additionally, she double minored in Psychology and Business Administration and is passionate about organizational behavior. Originally from Taipei and having grown up in Beijing, she speaks Mandarin with a very interesting accent. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball and exploring different art mediums.
