Anoushka Khatri is a Senior Associate at The Asia Group, based in New Delhi, where she has been a part of the firm’s South Asia practice for over two years. In her role as a policy consultant, Anoushka brings sectoral expertise in energy and life sciences, advising multinational clients on India’s evolving political, regulatory, and economic landscape. She supports clients by closely monitoring policy and legislative developments, providing strategic insights to help them anticipate, interpret, and respond to regulatory and reputational challenges.

Prior to joining The Asia Group, Anoushka worked at a social impact consulting firm based in Mumbai. Here, she provided management support and strategic advisory for corporate clients focused on capacity-building programs in the development sector. She has also previously worked with various think tanks, including The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), where she developed the Resource Efficiency and Circular Economy Strategy for the Government of Goa as part of a European Union-Government of India commissioned project.

Anoushka holds a Master’s in Public Policy Analysis from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. Her academic work spanned topics including India’s foreign relations through diplomatic missions, urban policy design, and the state of healthcare in marginalized communities in metropolitan cities.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Anoushka has a deep interest in art, theatre, and poetry, and has performed at the National School of Drama and the Sri Ram Centre in New Delhi.
