Bhanu Nandwani is a Senior Contracts Counsel and Manager at The Asia Group’s Global Center of Excellence in Gurugram, India. In this role, Bhanu provides commercial contract support across TAG’s global businesses, overseeing contract lifecycle management for the firm’s client engagements and supporting TAG’s cross-border commercial operations.
Prior to joining TAG, Bhanu served as Senior Counsel and Head of Legal Operations at Engineer.ai (Builder.ai), where he led high-value contract negotiations across APAC, MENA, the United States, and Europe, and advised C-suite leadership on corporate governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Earlier in his career, Bhanu held legal and contract operations roles at S&P Global and Thomson Reuters, where he built and managed legal teams of up to 40 professionals and developed contract governance frameworks and negotiation playbooks across global client portfolios. He also served as Assistant Manager for Contract Management Services at Nexdigm, advising Fortune 500 pharmaceutical clients on complex commercial contracts.
Bhanu holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. He is fluent in English and Hindi. Outside of work, Bhanu can be found travelling to new destinations, keeping up with current affairs, and spending time with his loved ones.
