Harsimran Singh is Global IT Operations Lead at The Asia Group’s Global Center of Excellence (GCE) in Gurugram, where he oversees the firm’s IT operations and related compliance functions. Day-to-day, his work spans cloud infrastructure, end-user computing, and service management, while also keeping a close eye on security and compliance across TAG’s global subsidiaries. He additionally carries responsibility as the GCE’s Security Officer, steering the organization’s security roadmap.
Prior to joining TAG, Harsimran spent two decades in progressively more senior IT leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Associate Director at AgreeYa Solutions, and as Deputy General Manager at HCL Technologies, where he was responsible for oversight of US cloud and IT service operations. Before that, he spearheaded global delivery at Condeco Software. Harsimran began his career at Colt Technology Services, where he spent nearly a decade managing IT infrastructure for upwards of 5,000 users across India, the UK, and Europe.
Harsimran holds an MBA in IT from Amity University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He has collected a broad set of professional certifications over the years, among them ITIL V3 & V4, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified ScrumMaster, CCNA, and FinOps. Having lived and worked across India, the US, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East, he has a natural ease working across cultures — something he considers one of the more rewarding parts of the job.
