Jennifer Schuch-Page is a partner at The Asia Group, where she advises global energy companies, investors, and industrial leaders on the intersection of geopolitics and energy security, energy transition, and industrial strategy across the Indo-Pacific. She leads the firm’s energy and sustainability practice, helping clients navigate market entry, supply chain strategy, and geopolitical risk in one of the world’s most dynamic regions.

Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience spanning government and the private sector. She is widely recognized for her work on energy security, advanced energy technology supply chains, and industrial decarbonization, with deep expertise across Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and emerging Asian markets.

Prior to joining The Asia Group, Jennifer served as Managing Director for Global Bilateral Climate Action and Senior Advisor to the U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate. In this role, she advised senior U.S. leadership—including Secretary John Kerry and White House officials—on energy diplomacy and climate engagement strategy with major economies. She played a key role in advancing U.S. partnerships on clean energy deployment, critical minerals, and industrial and investment policy, and helped deliver outcomes for presidential engagements with Indo-Pacific leaders.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer helped build The Asia Group’s Southeast Asia practice, advising Fortune 100 companies and investors on market strategy, political risk, and stakeholder engagement. She has also held roles in the U.S. Department of State, McLarty Associates, and worked across Asia in both public and private-sector capacities.

Jennifer is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and holds a master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University. She is regularly cited in major international media outlets, including Nikkei Asia, S&P Global, The Washington Post, Bloomberg, and Barron’s, for her insights on the intersection of geopolitics, energy security, and the global clean energy transition.
