Jessica Patterson is the Office Manager at TAG and with over seven years of experience in office management, administration, and human resources she brings with her a wealth of knowledge. Throughout her career, Jessica has supported multiple departments and collaborated closely with leadership teams to implement streamlined workflows and processes that enhance office operations.
Jessica has developed a versatile skill set across a wide range of industries, including finance, art manufacturing, lead generation, and design. Her roles have provided her with invaluable international experience, having worked alongside teams in Australia, Amsterdam, Panama City, Ukraine, and London. This global exposure has allowed Jessica to foster strong cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills.
In her most recent position at MBDS, an interior design studio, Jessica expertly managed daily office operations, coordinated with service providers and building management, and oversaw IT infrastructure and budgeting. She also played an integral role in supporting the HR and Finance teams, leveraging her diverse industry background to optimize office environments and drive efficiency in administrative functions.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Spanish, with a minor in French, from the University of Mary Washington. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, knitting, staying active, and exploring new destinations through travel.
