Julia Lehner is a Senior Vice President and Director of HR & Talent at The Asia Group, where she leads the firm’s global HR and talent acquisition strategy. As a member of the Executive Committee, she partners closely with senior leadership to shape organization growth, drive performance, and cultivate an environment that prioritizes employee engagement and long-term development.
Prior to joining The Asia Group, Julia led the human resources and operations functions at Keybridge Communications, a boutique public affairs firm in Washington, D.C. She also supported communications efforts at Discovery Communications and the Humane Society of the United States, as well as other non-profit organizations.
Julia is a graduate of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, as well as cheering on her active daughters Caroline and Lucy at their various sporting activities. She is also the proud owner of a very curious and mischievous hound dog, Charlie, who keeps her on her toes.
