Kristen Hollenbeck is Vice President, User Experience, at TAG AI, The Asia Group’s artificial intelligence-enabled platform. In this role, she leads design strategy and user research to shape TAG’s AI-enabled tools that support business decision-making.

With 25 years of experience in UX design, visual design, and creative strategy, Kristen has built her career transforming complex challenges into user-centered solutions. She brings deep expertise in government and nonprofit product design, consistently bridging the gap between organizational goals and user needs through thoughtful, impactful design leadership.

Kristen has led multidisciplinary teams in crafting intuitive digital products and services that resonate with diverse audiences. She excels at championing human-centered design principles and fostering environments where creativity and innovation thrive. By leveraging data-driven insights and empathetic design approaches, she ensures every project delivers measurable value to stakeholders and end users alike. In her current role as UX Lead, Kristen is focused on cultivating a user-first culture, while emphasizing collaboration, research, and iterative design.

Kristen has a BS in Journalism from Indiana University. When not immersed in digital UX strategy, she enjoys searching for wooded trails, museum exhibits, or human connection with family and friends, reflecting her belief that curiosity and balance fuel her own creativity.
