Vice President & General Manager, GCE

Maxfield Brown is Vice President & General Manager of The Asia Group’s Global Center of Excellence (GCE) in Gurugram and a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. He is responsible for aligning the GCE with TAG’s strategic priorities, building the talent and capabilities required to support growth, and embedding the center as a core driver of enterprise execution. 

Since joining TAG in 2020, Maxfield has worked closely with company  leadership on strategic initiatives supporting the firm’s expansion and organizational development. His work has included support on TAG’s growth capital raise and partnership with RLH Equity Partners, geographic expansion into Australia and the Gulf, and continued maturation of sales and reporting processes through the rollout of Salesforce.

Prior to joining TAG, Maxfield led the Business Intelligence division of Dezan Shira & Associates from Vietnam, where he supported the firm’s expansion across Southeast Asia and managed consulting teams operating in Southeast Asia, China, and India.

Maxfield brings a global operating perspective shaped by living and working across The Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He holds a Master of Arts in International Political Economy from the University of Kent (Brussels) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University. Maxfield lives in Gurugram with his wife and daughter.
