Nicole is an AI Associate at TAG AI, The Asia Group’s artificial intelligence-enabled platform. In her role she contributes to the design and development of TAG AI’s product by leveraging machine learning and data-driven techniques to provide clients with actionable insights informed by the current geopolitical landscape to make crucial business decisions. She drives innovation in exploring applications of data and AI in areas such as natural language processing that are able to facilitate the creation of an optimized and streamlined platform.
Earlier in her career, Nicole led the research and analysis efforts at a headhunting firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She collaborated with department leads in marketing and sales to extract insights from both internal and external data to ultimately provide the company stakeholders with data-driven recommendations for improving business processes. It was during this time that she learned about her passion for leveraging data and technology to make an impact within businesses and began pursuing education in data science.
Nicole completed her BS in Psychology at the University of South Carolina, where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi fraternity for women and other philanthropic organizations. She has since completed an educational program in data science through Flatiron School and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Machine Learning and AI from George Washington University. She has a diverse range of hobbies that she engages in in her free time, including cooking and baking, knitting and crochet, and personal fitness. Growing up in a military family, Nicole lived internationally in Germany and South Korea, but considers herself to be from Virginia as that is where she lived the longest. She is learning both Spanish and German languages and has intermediate proficiency in both.
