Noah Ismael is the Human Resources and Legal Coordinator at The Asia Group, where he supports the Senior Vice President of Human Resources with a comprehensive range of HR functions. In addition to his HR responsibilities, Noah collaborates closely with the firm’s General Counsel to manage legal and compliance matters.
Prior to joining The Asia Group, Noah worked at Bloomberg Industry Group in Crystal City, Virginia, where he was primarily involved with the HR Operations, Compensation, and HR Business Partner teams. Noah also previously worked in HR at Target Corporation.
Noah is currently pursuing a Master of Human Resource Management degree from The George Washington University School of Business. Noah also holds his SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, aPHR from the HR Certification Institute, and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
A DMV local, Noah enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as discovering new restaurants, staying active through outdoor adventures, and staying grounded with local church services.
