Prachi M Kaul is the Director of HR & Culture at The Asia Group in India. She leads Talent Management, Culture development, and People operations for TAG India team. She brings with her a rich and diverse experience in building high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready workplaces. She operates with a process-oriented and digital-first approach to enhance the employee experience.

Before joining TAG, Prachi held leadership roles in multiple Global IT firms, spanning e-commerce, SaaS, Cloud computing, and manufacturing. She has led talent strategy, end-to-end HR business partnering, organisational development, learning, and employee engagement. She also led projects related to culture transformation, enabling the organisation to win the title of GreatPlace to Work year after year.  Her efforts towards building stronger leadership, employee development & Org-wide communication enabled the business to drive efficiencies and maintain cultural sanity during times of organisational restructuring & downsizing. Her capabilities in managing HR aspects to ensure a smooth transition during mergers & acquisitions, were instrumental. She is also an experienced entrepreneur who has run a profitable bootstrapped business in the space of L&D.

Prachi holds an MBA in HR from Amity University and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University. She is a fitness enthusiast. Her passion for on-the-ground impact extends through her involvement with an NGO, empowering 400+ homemakers and homepreneurs.
