Rhea Kapadia is an Executive Assistant at The Asia Group supporting Enoch Kim and Jim Loi.
Prior to joining The Asia Group, Rhea worked at the US Agency for International Development (USAID) for seven years in a variety of roles, most recently as a Budget Analyst supporting USAID’s programs in the Middle East, Europe & Eurasia, and in the sector of conflict prevention & stabilization. In this role, Rhea traveled to Tunisia and Ghana to assess the countries’ conflict prevention and stabilization programming and to provide budget and Congressional engagement trainings to local staff. In previous roles at USAID, Rhea supported the development of a new humanitarian assistance bureau and served as Special & Executive Assistant to the Agency’s Chief of Staff.
Rhea currently holds a BA in International Relations from American University in Washington, D.C. and is pursuing her MS in Conflict Analysis at George Mason University.
