Rhea Kapadia is a Senior Manager for Finance & Operations at The Asia Group. In this capacity, she works with firm leadership to manage day-to-day operations, support financial planning and reporting, and facilitate cross-team efforts. She also provides executive administrative support to CFO Anne-Marie Evans, COO Enoch Kim, and Partner Uzair Younus.
Prior to joining The Asia Group, Rhea worked at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) for seven years in a variety of roles, most recently as a Budget Analyst supporting programs across the Middle East and Europe & Eurasia. She also contributed to the development of a new humanitarian assistance bureau and served as Special & Executive Assistant to the Agency’s Chief of Staff.
Rhea holds a BA in International Relations from American University in Washington, D.C., and an MS in Conflict Analysis from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
