Richa Pandhi is the Accounting Manager at The Asia Group, where she is responsible for completing the monthly close, preparing and the consolidation of global financial reports, and assisting the Controller on the financial management of the organization.
Prior to joining The Asia Group, Richa was the Assistant Controller at the Sierra Club, one of the largest and oldest environmental activist nonprofits in the country. She managed the monthly and year-end reporting and budgets of hundreds of Sierra Club Chapters and Groups across the country. Richa’s longest tenure was at RSM, a public accounting firm, where she started out in tax compliance and then spent 7 years in Tax Technology as a Product Manager. In her role, she worked on firmwide technology initiatives such as developing and furthering IT roadmaps, improving processes, and migrating onto new systems.
Richa is a graduate of University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In her spare time, she enjoys living an active lifestyle, travelling, reading narrative nonfictions, and, most importantly, staying plugged in on environmentalism.
