Soraia Seo is the Operations Manager at The Asia Group. In this role, she supports the daily operations of the firm, including technology management, new hire orientation, vendor relationships, and legal administrative work. Additionally, Soraia contributes to the firm’s branding and website design.
Prior to joining TAG, Soraia spent nearly a decade as a public school teacher and education mentor in the DMV area. In this capacity, Soraia helped create a positive, supportive, and challenging environment to strength students’ academic and personal development. She also regularly provided feedback and guidance to new teachers on industry best practices, management of learning platforms, and organizational skills.
Soraia holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Townson University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, engaging in outdoor activities, and cooking. She is fluent in Portuguese.
