Wing Lam is an Analyst with The Asia Group’s Greater China Practice where she supports the Greater China team by analyzing a broad spectrum of geopolitical and economic developments related to the technology, financial services, and healthcare.
Prior to joining TAG, Wing interned with the Foreign Commercial Service at the U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong, where she conducted in-depth analyses of Hong Kong-U.S. commercial relations and emerging trends across critical industries, including biotech & pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail & supply chains, and e-commerce. Wing has also interned twice at the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. During her internships, she contributed to government affairs and policy advocacy, including drafting the chamber’s policy submission for the Chief Executive’s Policy Address. Additionally, Wing has served as a junior policy analyst at the University of Hong Kong (HKU)’s Center for Civil Society and Governance. There, she contributed to high-impact projects focused on social policy and corporate sustainability, supported by notable institutions like the Hong Kong Jockey Club and HSBC.
Wing is a junior at the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy with a concentration in Health Policy and Management and minors in Legal Studies and Applied Analytics. At USC, Wing also works as an undergraduate researcher with the CLEAR Initiative. Wing grew up in Hong Kong and is trilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Additionally, she is proficient in Python, R, and SQL. As an avid traveler, she seeks to explore the rich political history of the United States and aims to visit all U.S. presidential museums.
