Senior Manager, FP&A and Financial Reporting

Xiaoman Shi is Senior Manager, FP&A and Financial Reporting at The Asia Group, where she supports all financial matters relating to forecasting, planning, performance reporting and analytics. Xiaoman is also responsible for foreign office subsidiaries’ consolidation and reconciliation.

Xiaoman has decades of dedicated experience in the finance sector, including financial planning and reporting in global environment. Prior to joining The Asia Group, Xiaoman worked as Assistant Controller for Army Navy Country Club. In this capacity, she was responsible for accounting and financial reporting for the full organization portfolio. She previously served as finance lead at WGT, a technology company with major clients of US federal and state governments, and as finance manager at Brookings Institution, a public policy think tank. Earlier in her career, Xiaoman worked as a senior financial analyst at Orange Business Services, a global integrator of communications.

Xiaoman received a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration on Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, a Master’s in Computer Science from Maharishi University of Management, and a Bachelor’s in Economic Information Management from Renmin University of China.  She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

In her spare time, Xiaoman enjoys jogging, hiking, skiing, and painting. She resides in Vienna, VA with her husband, two kids, and dog.
