Yogi Singh is a Delhi-based Recruitment Coordinator at The Asia Group (TAG). In this capacity, Yogi supports the recruitment operations of TAG’s global team, with a focus on delivering tailored talent solutions that align with client objectives and regional dynamics. He collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage hiring strategies, streamline onboarding, and support cross-border talent initiatives that drive TAG’s mission of connecting business and policy across Asia.
Prior to joining TAG, Yogi served as a Recruitment Specialist at Crox Consulting Inc., based in Noida. In this role, he managed full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding across a wide variety of industries, including information technology, federal services, telecommunications, banking, insurance, and legal sectors. His work supported clients operating in multiple time zones, including the United States, Canada, the Philippines, Poland & India, allowing him to develop a strong understanding of diverse workforce requirements and global hiring dynamics.
Born and raised in Delhi, Yogi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Monad University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing badminton, and traveling to different countries. He is also passionate about community service and regularly supports cancer patients through a local church initiative.
