Before joining TAG, Boyle worked as a Senior Vice President at ICF, where he helped drive the company’s global growth strategy by leading business development teams worldwide. He secured billions of dollars in client projects in such sectors as global energy, healthcare, and hospitality. He increased ICF’s revenues from key global clients by more than 75% over a three-year period and spearheaded ICF’s internal adoption of artificial intelligence technology.
Boyle also brings over three decades of experience in international development, having lived and worked in Central Asia, the South Caucasus, and Eastern Europe.
